Luxury Home Extension and Renovation in Linton, Wetherby 

 

Our Client’s clear objectives were to modernise the internal flow and function of their new home, as well as the external appearance, whilst retaining the character of the local setting. They were also keen to add value to their new home by creating some added space befitting to the size of the overall plot and local area. 

 

Working closely with our client’s we presented a proposal for a large, yet modest in appearance, 2 storey side extension to tie in with the existing building. Meanwhile, at the rear of the property we proposed to incorporate a vaulted pitched roof, single storey extension creating a seamless connection with the beautifully secluded and tranquil back garden space. 

 

Internally, we remodelled the existing ground floor to provide a modern and spacious kitchen, living and dining area alongside a new home office, separate utility / boot room and a pantry cupboard. 

Elsewhere we looked to future proof the design for our clients incorporating a ground floor principal suite with a private sheltered patio alongside 2 additional bedrooms and a bathroom on the first floor to elevate the value of the property from a 3 bedroom to a 5 bedroom home.
