We help you find and introduce reliable contractors suited to your project. We review and analyse their quotes to ensure you get the best value and fit. Once a contractor is selected, we assist in finalising the building contract, making sure all terms are clear and agreed upon before construction begins.
5. Building Your Dream
In this final step, the focus is set to turning your design into a reality. If you choose for us to remain on board throughout the build, we’ll be there to administer a contract between you and contractor and oversee the construction works on your behalf.
Site Inspection
Ensuring Quality and Compliance.
We will regularly visit the site to monitor progress and check that works are proceeding in accordance with the contract documents.
Ongoing Coordination
Handling Issues and Adjustments.
We’ll be available to address any issues or adjustments needed during construction, including coordination with the contractor and other professionals to resolve any problems promptly and efficiently.
Final Checks and Handover
Completing the Project.
Once construction is nearing completion, we’ll conduct a final inspection to ensure everything is finished to your satisfaction and in line with the design. We’ll help with the handover process, making sure you’re happy with your new home before officially closing out the project with a final certificate of completion.
